The NSW State Coroner has criticised the operators and the supervisors on the pool deck in relation to the death by drowning of an 8 year girl at the Glenbrook Public Pool.  This article is a must read for all Pool Managers and Lifeguards as we head into a busy summer.  I urge you all to paste this article in the staff room and bring Watch Around Water to the front of mind for all your staff.
