By 1 January 2010, all Chlorine store placards will need to be updated to reflect the amended classification.

Other placarding for Chlorine Stores remains the same as per AS 2927: The Storage and Handling of Liquefied Chlorine Gas.  Orica is in the process of upgrading EIP panels and labels on Chlorine Gas Drums and Cylinders. As Orica has a large circuit of drums and cylinders there is a provision under ADG7 to allow for containers to be transported with the old EIP panels until 31 December 2010 to allow the transition.
