The first LIWA Aquatics accredited professional development session for 2011 will take place on the 19th, 20th, and 21st of May in Exmouth. The decision by the Board to return to Exmouth after a numbers of years in Broome was based on the availability of accommodation and the need to service all the regions in the North West.
The program has been developed this year to have a number of hands on session's as well as a SCBA professional development session on Thursday 19th of May presented by Chris Blankley. Other presentations will include speakers from the Water Corporation, The WA Health Department and the Department of Sport and Recreations.
Our industry partners the Royal Life Saving Society will be conducting a Pool Lifeguard Re-qualification on Saturday the 21st to ensure all attending managers can maintain their industry standard qualifications.
