Members may be asking where their latest addition of the Australia Aquatic Recreation magazine is and have you missed the delivery? Unfortunately you have not been forgotten or left off the data base because the magazine is no longer in production. For many years this magazine was the one constant in our industry. A constant that provided an opportunity for Western Australia to promote its programs, a constant that showcased beautiful new facilities in New South Wales and a constant that kept the industry unified.
Safety Risk Audits Results
The Safety Risk Audits conducted by Royal Life Saving on behalf of the Local Government Insurance Scheme continue to provide Local Government Aquatic Facilities with a very sound indicator of their compliance against both regulatory and best practice guidelines.

Exclusion Guidelines for Patrons with Communicable Diseases
With the assistance of the WA Health Department of Health LIWA Aquatics has developed a guideline to assist managers in dealing with patrons whom they suspect may be suffering from a Communicable Disease.
