The first LIWA Aquatics     accredited professional development session for 2010 will take place on the 21^st and 22^nd of May at the Broome Recreation and Aquatic Centre.  The decision by the Board to return to Broome this year was based on the availability of accommodation and the fact that its centralised location on a main air and road networks provided the greatest opportunity for delegates to attend.

The program has been developed this year to include hands on sessions as well as interactive sessions and the development of a facility operations manual.  Each delegate will take home a file and CD Rom that will assist managers to complete the development of their own facilities operations manuals in line with the Code of Practice.

Our industry partners the Royal Life Saving Society will be conducting a Pool Lifeguard Re-qualification on Saturday the 22^nd to ensure all staff maintains their industry standard qualifications.

Find attached a copy of the program, a registration form and a RLSS enrolment form for Saturday's requalification.  The LIWA Aquatics     Board hopes that as many of our northwest members can make this year's seminar as possible.
